Annual General Meeting (AGM) NOTE: change in location

With winter refusing to go away and snow levels not seen for several years, we will be hosting our AGM on 10am on Sunday, May 17, 2026, at 203 Poplar Crescent shop.  Please remember to bring a chair.

Public Reserve

Property owners are reminded an Aquatic Permit is required for any alterations to the shoreline; also approval must be obtained from the R.M. of Mervin for any alterations to Public Reserve.

Fire

Fire prevention is all our responsibility.  Please have proper fire pits with lids. Guidelines for firepits are available under documents.  

 We recommend each property owner own at least one 20 pound or higher fire extinguisher that is in proper working condition.
