AGM

As of July 20, we are still limited to a maximum of 30 people at an indoor or outdoor gathering. Our AGM would likely exceed this number based on past years. However, we would still much rather hold an in-person meeting, so we are planning to have an OUTDOOR meeting on Sunday, September 6, 2020 at 10 AM in Perkins pasture, with the hope that restrictions will be relaxed by then. We are requesting that only one person per household attend to keep the numbers as low as possible and we will be insisting on proper Physical Distancing protocols. Please bring a chair and please follow all COVID protocols. To keep the meeting as short as possible we will be posting the AGM minutes from last year, the financial report, and the annual board report on the website and ask everyone to read them prior to attending so that we can dispense with having to read them aloud.

In the event the government does not relax restrictions, or in the case of inclement weather, our backup plan is to have a WEB-BASED meeting on Wednesday, September 16, at 7 PM. To be prepared for the web meeting, we will need to collect email addresses of all those that wish to attend. We will send out an email to all those registered with details on how to participate should the need arise. Please send an email to the Board Chairman at evergreenbeach2018@gmail.com if you wish to be included in the backup web-based meeting.
